We check our voicemails regularly (usually three or four times daily) when mobile service is available. However, there may be times when we do not respond until the following morning. We do our best to maintain good communication, but we ask for patience, as well.

If you are experiencing an emergency, please seek care at a local brick-and-mortar veterinary clinic; in Boise at the 24-hour pet hospital; or at the Washington State University Veterinary Hospital in Pullman. We can always get records from the emergency provider after the fact and continue caring for your pet.
