Our URGENT care appointments are available MONDAY through FRIDAY at 10 AM at our Mobile Clinic in New Meadows. We hold these urgent care appointments in order to provide same or next day service-- and as such, these appointments incur a $100 URGENT CARE FEE in addition to other costs. These appointments are available to schedule only during the preceding 24 hours and we have the ability to serve 1 per day. As always, Other URGENT care needs will be handled on a case by case basis. These appointments are NOT for routine wellness, vaccinations or consults—NOR are these appointments a substitute for EMERGENCY CARE.

EMERGENCY CARE
If your pet’s life is in imminent danger or you THINK it may be in imminent danger—seek immediate care at an EMERGENCY VETERINARY HOSPITAL. WestVet in Boise is 24/7 and can be reached at (208) 375-1600. As with all pet decisions--It is your responsibility to make this decision. We recognize that we live in a somewhat remote area --- utilize our VET TRIAGE video call service to speak with a veterinarian right away if you NEED help in making this decision.

URGENT CARE
URGENT Care is often needed when your pets life is NOT in imminent danger—but the level of discomfort or pain your pet may be experiencing requires relief soon—often within 24-48 hours. URGENT care needs can become EMERGENCY care needs quickly—use good judgment and common sense. AGAIN—if you feel your pets life may be in danger—SEEK CARE immediately.

ROUTINE CARE
Routine Care includes regular wellness exams, vaccinations and minor diagnostic consultations where your pet may be in mild to moderate discomfort—but can wait until we can schedule you for a routine visit. This year, as we continue to grow and take on more new patients and clients, we expect to be able to schedule most routine appointments within 5-7 business days.
